This document sets out the terms of use for the one49 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the one49 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to register or use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and one49 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.
The one49 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the one49 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in withdrawal requests being rejected and your account suspended until identity verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation
- Notifying one49 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur
One49 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a one49 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's systems
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment methods or falsifying transactions
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotions or bonuses in an unfair manner
- Using an account for money laundering or any other unlawful activity
- Transferring funds between user accounts as part of an unauthorised scheme
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or harmful to other users across any support channel is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the one49 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include internet banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Deposits made using methods not officially listed will not be accepted and may be non-refundable.
The terms governing transactions are as follows:
- The minimum deposit required to activate certain promotions is stated in the respective promotion's terms
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method that has been verified by one49.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification before approval
- Withdrawal processing times range from 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the selected payment method and your account's VIP tier.
- One49 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals of large amounts
- Any taxes or charges relating to transactions are solely the user's responsibility
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements as specified in each individual offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the rollover conditions have been met in full.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
One49 provides an entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, account suspensions permitted under these terms, or game outcomes that have been fairly determined.
In all circumstances, one49's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the one49 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of one49 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The one49 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. one49 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
One49 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- User is in breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- User suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse
- Registration details found to be false or unverifiable
- Account inactive beyond the defined period with no transaction activity
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account
Where an account is closed due to a violation, one49 reserves the right to hold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances confirmed to be free of any violation will be returned via an appropriate method.
Changes to Terms
One49 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the one49 platform should first be resolved through mutual consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate resolution forum under the relevant jurisdiction.
